Meet Tom
-An esteemed therapist dedicated to healing -
Hi, Iβm
- Tom Pals -
βIn Autonomic Homeostasis Activation, a neurobiological function called homeostasis is activated. The brain itself becomes the therapist.β
Welcome,
As a Board Certified Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, I've spent decades as a psychotherapist passionately dedicated to transforming the well-being of those impacted by stress and trauma.
My approach involves activating homeostasis with Autonomic Homeostasis Activation (AHA) through personalized InnerWork, addressing the interconnected realms of body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside earning Master's Degrees in Clinical Counseling (1999) and Divinity (1981), my journey includes exploring nearly 20 of Colorado's 14,000' peaks, indulging my love for hiking and skiing in the Rockies.
Beyond the mountains, I'm a voracious reader, spiritual adventurer, and history buff, exploring museums, castles, and ancestral roots in places like Europe, Cambodia, Peru, and scuba diving in the Sea of Cortez and the Gulf of Thailand.
Iβm so glad youβre here.
